This position will be responsible for bringing ideas to life in the digital space. This role requires the ability to be a strategic & conceptual thinker coupled with a strong ability to execute and produce.
Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
● Very good knowledge of modern front-end development: HTML, CSS, Responsive Web Design, Performance Optimization, and Accessibility.
● Very good knowledge of PHP and OOP principles.
● Expert knowledge of WordPress and the WordPress API.
● Ability to write custom WordPress plugins.
● Ability to write and customize WordPress themes.
● Experience with e-commerce, preferably WooCommerce for WordPress
● Understanding of RESTful Web Service technologies such as JSON.
● Extensive work with JavaScript and JQuery.
● Good knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SCSS, LESS and Sass.
● Experience with libraries and frameworks like Bootstrap and/or Foundation.
● Expert knowledge of Git version control system.
● Comfortable with working in Laravel for non-wordpress projects
